• The original invoice and product barcodes are mandatory for all returns.
• You must notify us of any return requests within 15 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Sale items or items purchased during a sale period.
• Unstitched fabrics (due to the custom nature of the product).
• Any item with stains, damage, or signs of wear.

Refunds:

• Upon approval of your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.
• Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
